I have an issue with the charger the service center guys in andheri west are saying it will take minimum of 10 days to repair the same as they dont have a kit to repair it and they are not even giving an alternative charger to charge my scooter, this is not the way it works i want a solution asap as i can not use my ather bcoz of charging problem please contact me on priority 8450943534
Yes same issue with the charger. Horrendous service at bhandarkar road, pune. Mr. Omkar very un co operative, staff is wither untrained or not interested.
I am verry said to serviceing system of ather electric bike parts is so costly and service system is not good
When I was purchasing ather 450x from thane(JG enterprise) ,they told me the warranty is applicable for battery and motor not even told me about other warranty.but after 3 moths I have noise problem and the service person told me the break shoe is not ok and have to replace it, but it is applicable for 4000km & my bike is 4010km.when I claim, they said it is payable…what a pathetic service and information.
