The service covers an end-to-end 46 point check-up. It includes checking brake pads, brake fluid, front fork oil seals, wheel bearings, belt tensioning and handlebar. Torque of all bolts are assessed too, we re-torque it to match the spec if needed.
Dashboard-related issues, body panel replacement, horn, start switch or brake pad change, firmware update, network-related issue diagnosis, mirror replacement/adjustment, and the periodic service can be done.
The vehicle needs to be serviced at every 5000 km mark.
Opting for a subscription is not mandatory. You can choose to pay-as-you-go for vehicle servicing. It’s ₹450/hour labour cost, consumable/spares as per the actuals, and an optional doorstep pick-up/drop can be arranged at a service cost of ₹550 + GST.
It’s usually 24 – 48 working hours. Having said that, the time required for the service is decided once the vehicle reaches the service center – the service advisor would update on the return time.
